1. INTRODUCTION

This driver package supports operation on MCS9865 serial and parallel port device
under Windows 2000 with SP4. This driver is modified to meet customer requirement of parallel port LPT number assignment in sequence.

o  Added co-installer to assign Serial/Parallel port numbers in sequence

o Device Driver is not digitally signed.

o Device Driver is not certified by Microsoft WHQL.
