2. System Requirements
----------------------
This application program requires Windows 95, Windows 95 OSR2, Windows 98, 
Windows 98SE, Windows NT 4.0, or Windows 2000.


3. Installation
---------------
To start the installation process, double-click the SETUP.EXE

MSR210D Download Application is installed in the C:\Program Files\MSR210D 
Configuration Setup Application directory, unless you specify others. The
installation also installs or upgrades some DLLs in the \WINDOWS\SYSTEM
directory.

The demo application will affect the system file of Windows NT and 
Windows 2000 then it only be allowed to install it at the privilege of 
administrator or power user.


4. Program Operation
--------------------
1. Make sure the reader is plug into PC.
2. Close all the other applications before setting.
3. Run 210CFX1B.EXE to setup the reader.
4. Keyboard and PS/2 mouse will be disabled during setting.
5. Do not plug out the reader while downloading.
6. Do not stop the application program during operation.
